Theme for EOT 2025 is Pony Express

Cowboys and Cowgirls….EOT 2025 is in the works.  And we need YOU to help us complete it and make it the BEST MATCH OF 2025.  You are now able to register on-line on this website.  When you are done, you should get a “form” email from the registration site, letting you know that it went through.  We will get copied on that same email.  We will reply again shortly after to confirm the categories, etc.  If you struggle with any part of it, give Sunshine Kay a call and she will help you get through it.  And if you do NOT get that email when you finish, give her a call so she can confirm it went through.  Sometimes things land in the SPAM folder, so always check there.

 Please note the change in the collapsing of categories this year.  We are trying to listen to our “customers” and make it an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Also please note that you will be paying the service fees this year if you do the on-line registration.  Unfortunately, there is a cost to that part of the program and we must pass that on to you.  If you wish to use the paper application and mail it in, it will be on the website, as well, for you to download.  Obviously, the on-line registration is more instantaneous.

We look forward to seeing everyone in February 2025.  THE PONY EXPRESS is coming through.

ATTENTION:  We have been listening to you and have made a major change regarding the collapsing of unfilled categories.  The policy we will follow for EOT 2025 is:

END of TRAIL offers all categories but categories with less than the minimum competitors on November 1 will be eliminated.  All category minimums (5 for Ladies Categories and 10 for all others for Cowboy; 3 for Ladies Categories and 7 for all others for Wild Bunch) will be determined on November 1 and categories will be collapsed until those minimums are met.  The base categories are protected and that is the lowest of collapsing.  No further collapsing will take place but no new categories will be added after the collapsing takes place.  You will be notified ASAP of the category collapsing and will be allowed to change to an offered category or receive a full refund.

No category changes will be allowed after December 15 without medical documentation of necessity.

We hope this is a more satisfactory method of guaranteeing competition for the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP without causing undo stress on the Rough Riders putting on the match and the shooters that MAKE IT THE BEST MATCH around.
